All orders placed through Safechfashion are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment is required before production begins, and prices are subject to change without notice.

Once you approve a design proof, Safechfashion will proceed with printing. You are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully, as changes cannot be made after production begins.
Safechfashion will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within estimated timeframes. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safechfashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold Safechfashion harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
